Activation & devices

Current paid Skaym Windows apps use Freemius license activation. A valid product license is intended for use on up to 2 personal PCs.

If you replace a PC, use the Freemius Customer Portal where available to manage/deactivate the old device and free a seat. Never post your license key publicly when requesting help.

Download & first run

After purchase, Freemius sends the license key and Windows download link for the purchased app. Extract the downloaded Windows package before launching the application.

You can use the Freemius Customer Portal to access purchased downloads again when that option is available for your order.

Windows first launch

Windows SmartScreen may display “Windows protected your PC” when launching a new Skaym Windows desktop app. Click More info → Run anyway. You do not need to disable Windows Security, Microsoft Defender, or SmartScreen.

Straw Topper Maker

Straw Topper Maker includes Through Straw Topper, Straw Cover, raised details, color preview, STL, color-aware 3MF and preview-image export.

It is available now for Windows. Launch pricing is $7.99/month or $39.99 Lifetime, with licensing for up to 2 personal PCs.

Hair Slide Maker

Hair Slide Maker includes text and SVG modes, 2D/3D preview, multiple slide bodies, Raise Area, Body STL, multicolor 3MF and separate Pin STL export.

It is available now for Windows. Pricing is $7.99/month or $59.99 Lifetime, with licensing for up to 2 personal PCs.

Sign & Keychain Maker

Sign & Keychain Maker includes name/text and SVG modes, automatic backing, keychain holes, raised details, 3D click-to-color, raised STL, multipart 3MF with separate printable regions for slicer color assignment, and preview-image export.

It is available now for Windows. Pricing is $7.99/month or $79.99 Lifetime, with licensing for up to 2 personal PCs.

Wax Melt Mold Maker

Wax Melt Mold Maker imports one SVG, creates 3×2, 3×3 or 4×3 wax-melt tray layouts, includes pull-tab placement, 2D Mold and 3D Color Preview views, preview-image export and STL mold export.

Refunds & cancellations

Cancelling a Monthly subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a completed payment. Refund requests follow the Freemius purchase terms shown at checkout, the Skaym Refund Policy and applicable law.

For downloadable software under the configured Freemius No Refunds policy, a full refund is available on request within 14 days if the software has not yet been downloaded, used or otherwise accessed. After access, a request may be declined unless applicable law requires otherwise.
